The Leadership in the New Economy (LINE ) is an annual event hosted by the Division of Diversity, Equity & Educational Achievement that offers compelling topics of discussion that are applicable to life after college.
Badgers in Action is focused on political engagement with an emphasis on people of color. During this election year, the virtual event will host a discussion between alumni and students with the purpose of helping students to understand the "how" and "why" people of color should engage in the political process. The event will feature a panel of alumni who are well-informed on the Black Lives Matter movement and racial justice. Badgers in Action targets DDEEA scholars, graduate students, alumni, campus partners and community business leaders.
