You’re great at writing R scripts in R Studio, but now you’re ready to take it to the next level: using a supercomputer! Before you can take this leap, you’ll need to know how to use the shell. After this session, attendees will be able to navigate file directories, move and rename files, redirect shell output, and run scripts from the command line.
