General Policy: Late Checkout: To arrange for a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk; arrangements may be made based on availability. Express check-out folio previews will be delivered under your door by 4:00 am. To adjust and receive a final copy of your folio, please stop by the Front Desk.
Smoke-Free Facility: The Hotel is a 100% smoke free facility. Any indication of smoking in a guest room through physical evidence or smoke odor will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 U.S. per day. I understand that any charges to my account are my responsibility, regardless of any additional arrangements for direct bill or credit card payment.
Parking: One parking permit is included with each reservation; this does not include accommodations receiving the state or government rate. A parking pass is provided at check-in if guest has a vehicle. Depending on availability, additional parking passes may be purchased for $18/day for any additional vehicles, on non-special-event days.

Guarantee Policy: A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation. A full deposit will be taken for special weekends including Badger home football games and Spring Commencement.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel cancellation policy requires 24 hours advance notice of a reservation cancellation in order to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to one-night room rate. Special weekends, including Home Badger Football games and Spring Commencement require a deposit. These weekends require cancelation 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Pet Policy: Only service animals are allowed on property.
