This course will focus on the area of user experience research called usability testing. A usability test is a structured interview to help evaluate specific features of your website or application. Most usability problems can be discovered after talking to 3 to 5 users of a user group. This course will help prepare you to do usability testing, as well as give an overview of other types of user experience research that can help make your website or application as usable and accessible as possible.
This will also be streamed live via the WiscWeb Youtube channel, and archived for future reference. If you plan to watch the stream, you do not need to register for the course.
