Oct. 12, 2014 MADISON, Wis. -- It's Border Battle weekend in Madison as both the Wisconsin volleyball and women's hockey teams face Minnesota this weekend.
The No. 1 UW women's hockey team hosts No. 2 Minnesota at 7 p.m. on Friday night in a rematch of last year's NCAA Frozen Four semifinal game. The two rivals, winners of nine combined NCAA titles, wrap up their series on Saturday at 3 p.m.
After a midweek clash against the Golden Gophers in Minneapolis, the No. 6 volleyball team hits the court against No. 23 Minnesota Saturday night at 7 p.m. at the UW Field House.
