Being an Effective Mentor and Mentee  (back)
 
Description:
Mentoring is a collaborative learning relationship that proceeds through purposeful stages over time and has the primary goal of helping the mentees gain the skills and knowledge they need to move on in their chosen careers.

Dr. Anne Lynn Gillian-Daniel has been a Master Facilitator of Research Mentor Training (RMT) since 2015. Anne Lynn has facilitated trainings for faculty, graduate students and postdocs interested in improving their mentoring relationships at universities and professional meetings nationally.
