While project management frameworks and processes are part of the “science” for achieving successful project outcomes, the true drivers of project success are the people and the “art” of working together. Striking the right balance of art and science in project management is vital for managing the triple constraints of cost, time, and scope, and realizing value in project deliverables. This session will explore strategies to help you prioritize people over process.
Presented by Kaitlyn Bymers, Manager, Information Services Project Management Office, UW-Health
