Job loss is one of the most challenging losses to deal with. This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you understand, normalize and assist with moving through the transition occurring. We will cover transition and grief stages as they relate to job loss, the importance of work in our lives, a brief introduction to the career planning process, what it means to have and build career resilience, and resources available. A brief needs assessment will be included to assist with creating an action plan for next steps to manage your career transition.
