This session of WISELI’s workshop for faculty search committees is intended for faculty and staff who have previously participate in this workshop series at least two times in past years.
The session will consist primarily of discussions that will focus on:
- Sharing experiences and strategies for recruiting diverse and excellent applicants
- Discussing how evaluation of candidates has been conducted and effective strategies for reducing bias
- Providing information on new resources, new research, new evidence-based strategies
Prerequisite: Completion of Session 1 and Session 2, or a combined workshop, at least two times in past years.
A course link will be provided to registrants who meet the prerequisite.
