Precious Memories Choir Registration

The Precious Memories Choir is a musical group for people with memory loss and their caregivers. This choir is organized and funded by the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center. Our community organizers are Keretha Cash, Edith Hilliard and Katherine Simmons.

Who Can Join?

  • People who are willing to sing with a group of people
  • People with a memory loss diagnosis, which could be Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or any form of dementia
  • People who are a current or former caregiver for someone with dementia
