This is the second session of WISELI’s workshop series for chairs and members of faculty search committees. This session is intended for search committees that have already finalized a short list of candidates and plan to begin interviewing in December. If you have not yet reached this stage of the search process, please register for Session 2B or 2C.
This session includes reporting out on your recruitment efforts and evaluation practices, but concentrates on interviewing faculty candidates.
Participation in Session 1 is a prerequisite for Session 2.
(Please note: This workshop is only open UW-Madison faculty and staff, and students who are currently serving on search committees.
