ActWIse is a bystander intervention program designed to equip UW-Madison students, staff, and faculty with the confidence and skills to recognize and intervene in situations of interpersonal violence and the social norms that sustain it.
The 6-hour Skills Training on Friday, August 17th is designed to enhance your skills, knowledge, and leadership capacity to become an active bystander in preventing sexual and relationship violence.
Students, staff, and faculty who would like to be trained as co-facilitators of ActWIse workshops are invited to stay for Day 2 on Saturday, August 18th.
Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided each day.
