University Roundtable: PFAS in Wisconsin Lakes and Rivers  (back)
 
Description:
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of synthetic chemicals used in firefighting foams and consumer products. These toxic chemicals are increasingly found in water in Wisconsin. Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Associate Professor Christy Remucal will explore how PFAS are impacting our surface waters across the state.

You can also pay with a funding string during or after registration. No payments will be accepted at the event and all registrations need to be paid 15 days prior to the event.
