In both our professional and personal lives, we deal with angry people, giving negative feedback, receiving unexpected information, and more. At this two-hour session, Brad Knight, 26-year improv veteran and founder and creative director of Monkey Business Institute, will teach and facilitate improvisational comedy activities in a safe and friendly environment to practice how to survive and thrive in these situations.
