Individuals will develop tools to foster a campus culture that reflects the elements of inclusive organizations. The purpose of the course is to create work environments that allow each UW employee to prosper and thrive personally and professionally.
Learning Outcomes: - Identify personal and social identities in order to identify your dominant and subordinated group membership; - Identify and define microaggressions and unconscious bias; - Identify ways to demonstrate inclusive behavior.
