Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a concept, approach, and way of thinking that seeks what is working in any human system and builds on that possibility. If we focus on problems we will continue to find problems. An AI approach focuses on our strengths and what we do well, as we engage staff in proactive solutions.
Learn the basic nuts and bolts of the process and the philosophy behind AI in a hands-on workshop facilitated by Jay Ekleberry and Tara Cordes.
This is a two session course and registration should be for both sessions.
