Eat Wisconsin Fish Summit

Thanks to everyone who attended the first Eat Wisconsin Fish Summit on January 13, 2016, at the Mead Public Library in Sheboygan. More than 60 Wisconsin fish producers, chefs, retailers and local food enthusiasts attended the event to learn more about fish commercially caught on the Great Lakes and raised on Wisconsin farms, and to discuss ways to strengthen our local fish food system.
