Thrive@UW-Madison: Creating Inclusive Work Environments  (back)
 
Description:
In this course, participants will develop strategies and approaches to foster an inclusive campus culture. Individuals will explore the elements of an inclusive workplace and develop critical knowledge and skills to become prepared to contribute to a healthy, inclusive and engaging work environment.

After completing this session, participants will:

• Be able to define inclusion and describe the value of inclusion in the workplace

• Understand how personal identities, biases and actions can affect individuals in the workplace

• Be prepared to model inclusive behaviors to contribute to a positive work environment
