Today’s workplace is often very stressful, fast-paced and involves ongoing change. Outside of work, we may be facing time pressures, financial concerns, relationship problems or caregiver stress. One of the consequences of juggling so many work and personal responsibilities can be a greater focus on tasks with less attention paid to cultivating strong relationships with colleagues. This session will focus on specific ways each of us can sharpen a few simple personal skills, envision a positive, supportive work environment and create a plan for making it happen.
