Audience: This training is intended for Division level human resources staff who hire classified employees through the JEMS CHRIS - HR system.
Prerequisites: This course has two assumptions: 1) Division trainees already have some background with JEMS and HRS concepts and workflows. 2) Each Division trainee has the appropriate security role for JEMS-CHRIS-HR.
This training program focuses only on classified employee hiring types, including Classified Permanent, Classified Project, and Classified Limited Term Employee (LTE) positions. The content focuses on the “step by step” processing of the above employee types via the JEMS CHRIS-HR computer system.
