Gender identity & expression training: 11/9/15
This training program is designed to increase a participant’s capacity to build and sustain inclusive environments for trans and non-binary people. The training builds on our natural ally behaviors towards learning how we can make durable, sustainable change in our communities by being proactive bystanders, recognizing a wide array of transphobia and cissexism in our own lives, and reflecting on our power and privilege.

Participants will:
- gain familiarity with commonly used identity terms
- dialogue about what gender is and how we express it in our daily lives
- leave with a toolkit of how to make their spaces more inclusive of a variety of gender identities and expressions

Monday, November 9
5-6:30pm
