Brandon Harrison has been with Wisconsin since 2015, currently serving as an assistant director for brand communications. In addition to overseeing communications for the Wisconsin men's basketball program, he also manages social media for Wisconsin Athletics. The 2023-24 season marks his ninth season working at Wisconsin.

Harrison has overseen communications efforts for the Wisconsin men's basketball program since 2019. During his entire tenure working with UW men's basketball (since 2014), the Badgers have won three Big Ten regular season championships (2015, 2020, 2022), one Big Ten tournament title (2015) and have appeared in eight NCAA tournaments, including the Final Four and national championship game in 2015.

Harrison has successfully promoted award-winning athletes during his time at Wisconsin, including consensus national player of the year Frank Kaminsky in 2014-15. Most recently during the 2021-22 season, Harrison coordinated and led a digital marketing campaign to promote consensus first-team All-American Johnny Davis, who went on to win Lute Olson National Player of the Year, Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year, and Big Ten Player of the Year that season. Head coach Greg Gard was named Big Ten Coach of the Year that season, while also finishing as a finalist for Naismith National Coach of the Year.

Harrison has had regular pregame radio show segments on the Wisconsin Radio Network's broadcasts for UW men's basketball since 2020.

Prior to joining the staff at Wisconsin, Harrison spent one season working in athletic communications at the University of Arkansas. He worked primarily with the Razorbacks’ women’s basketball and women’s tennis programs, while also assisting with football, men’s basketball and baseball at Arkansas. On football game days, Harrison managed social media for the Arkansas football program.

As an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin, Harrison spent two years working as an athletic communications student assistant. During that time, he served as a contact for UW's track and field and cross country programs, as well as the men’s hockey and women’s golf teams.

A native of Stoughton, Wisconsin, Harrison graduated from UW-Madison and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 2013.
