Join UW-WIT in welcoming Carrie Regenstein to our continuing conversation around improving the recruitment, retention and advancement of women in IT at UW-Madison. In this first of three public presentations, Carrie will present true cases and facilitate our discussion of developing staff and yourself in these lean budget times. Key topics will be discussed and actionable recommendations will be identified that all genders can take away and apply individually or more broadly in their units.
