Interested in recruiting excellent and diverse IT applicants? Part of a series, this first session will focus on how to write a position description and advertisement to avoid unconscious bias and attract a large applicant pool. We'll also discuss options for where to advertise and look at the first steps of planning a recruitment. Focusing on IT recruitments, and relevant to all types of recruitments, this interactive session introduces you to some tips and tools to start the recruitment process that you won't want to miss out on.
