The University of Wisconsin will host two cross country meets at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course during 2022. Wisconsin will host the Badger Classic on Thursday, September 8 and will also serve as host for the 2022 Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational Presented by Under Armour at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course on Friday, Oct. 14.
2022 Badger Open
The Badgers will open their season with the Badger Open on Thursday, Sept. 8. The women will race a 5K at 5:30 p.m. and the men will compete in a 6K at 6 p.m.
Any individuals (open/unattached athletes) interested in competing in the Badger Open should email assistant coach Aaron Watson for additional details on entry and meet day logistics.”
Admission is free for the non-scoring meet.
2022 Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational Presented by Under Armour
The 2022 Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational Presented by Under Armour will take place on Friday, October 14 at the Zimmer Championship Course.
This year's Nuttycombe meet will consist of two races per gender. The women's "B" race will take place at 11 a.m. with the men's "B" race to follow at 11:40 a.m. The women's "A" race will begin at 12:20 p.m. and the men's "A" race starts at 1 p.m.
